Secondary Butyl Alcohol (SBA)
(SBA), also known as 2-Butanol or sec-butanol, is a colorless, flammable liquid with a characteristic odor. It's a secondary alcohol with the chemical formula CH3CH(OH)CH2CH3. SBA is soluble in water and miscible with various organic solvents. It's used as a solvent, a chemical intermediate, and in the production of other chemicals.
